RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. However, in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we offer an exchange for the same item or store credit.

TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photo(s) of the affected item(s)

One of our team members will respond within 48 hours with next steps. 


RETURN BY MAIL

Once your return is approved, we will issue a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please use original packaging when possible and remove or cover any old shipping labels.

Refunds (minus shipping and handling) will be credited to your original payment method once the return is processed.


NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCT

The following items may not be returned:

  1. Unsellable Items – Products that have been used, defaced, or altered in any way (e.g., price tags, pen/marker markings, etc.).
  2. Discontinued Items – Products no longer in active inventory or in outdated packaging.
  3. Seasonal/Promotional Items – Including gift-with-purchase, pre-packs, intro kits, and promotional items unless returned with the original merchandise order.

 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We do not typically accept change-of-mind returns. However, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:

  • Item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit only.

WARRANTIES

Electrical and battery-operated tools (e.g., dryers, flat irons, clippers) may be eligible for replacement if defective within 90 days of the invoice date.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with:

  • The product name and description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the item
